HUB International is an organization that is structured around large regional "HUBs" with satellite offices strategically located throughout the United States and Canada. Locally, HUB offers personal service, individual attention and has the ability to respond quickly to our client's changing needs.
Hub Midwest has operations in six locations in Michigan and one in Evansville, Indiana, and our regional headquarters is located in Grand Rapids, MI. Ideally, you will join the Grand Rapids offices where the majority of our sales team is based; however, we are open to a home office set-up for the right individual if you business network is concentrated in: Detroit, MI; or Indianapolis, Fort Wayne or South Bend, IN.
The role has "classic" sales responsibilities, and you will spend the majority of your time prospecting, setting meetings and conducting discovery sessions with both existing and new clients. You will be representing complex, tailored services to a sophisticated audience. Your consultive selling ability, solid business acumen and exceptional problem solving skills will allow you to lead a team of industry experts in creating the most appropriate Total Business Solution. With this service team solution, you'll be able to start selling immediately. This will be complimented with extensive ongoing training so that you can become a subject matter expert over time.
