You will be able to customize solutions from a broad portfolio to reach a diverse array of business customers.

You will focus on new business-to-business accounts and own the entire sales process, from identifying prospects and cold calling to closing deals to laying the groundwork for long, mutually satisfying relationships. We're looking for a professional with outstanding relationship building skills and a demonstrated ability to consult with clients and develop solutions.

In addition to the qualifications detailed above, you'll need:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with C-level executives.
  • Solid organizational skills and a detail orientation.
  • Drive, determination, and self-motivation.
  • A strong sense of ethics and integrity.
  • The ability to understand a large number of products and services, and a willingness to learn on an ongoing basis.
Your mission will be to identify, pursue, and close new business, targeting middle market businesses with an initial emphasis on property and casualty. Once you have opened the doors, however, you'll probe for other areas of concern. In essence, your expertise will be getting to the decision makers and setting up the relationship; we'll provide the technical expertise to back you up. Of course, we'll expect you to build and maintain a broad, functional understanding of our portfolio.

Pivotal to your success will be your ability to develop relationships with clients from the start, discovering their goals and challenges. You'll initiate new business, but then you'll pull in other HUB resources, coordinating and motivating cross-functional teams to develop and deliver solutions.
